Hi Becky! Waving back-lol! It's always fun to see someone local online!

I went for a long walk with my WW leader today & it really got me

motivated again! It feels good when I am active I feel like I can handle

challenges so much better! I was trying to do core & finally realized

this morning that for me to continue my success with Weight Watchers I

have to continue journaling!
