Hey Bette and Debbie,

You got it right Bette. Just use your favorite sf ff puddings, add 1

and 1/2 cup of skim milk. Beat as usual and using a teaspoon drop

about a bite size amount of pudding onto wax paper. Freeze until

fully hard and they are sooooo tasty, like a creamy candy..use can

also use your imagination when it comes to flavorings if you would

like. I just used the buttersctoch and vanilla so far..You could make

them bigger but to get it comfortable in the mouth I prefer the

smaller ones, after all they are frozen so you are sucking on them

not biting..they are a great way to eat your pudding for a change..I

hope I am clearer this time around..lol...Kallie
