Yes, Splenda is great, and I keep it around the house to make

lemonade or limeade. It *is* made from sugar, and as a biochemist, I

can tell you that everything I understand about it makes it HUGELY

better than any other sugar substitute, to the point I would

recommend that people carry around packets of it in case a restaurant

doesn't have it.

Acesulfame K is sometimes used to supplement its flavor, that is safe

during pregnancy, so is much safer than other options.

Regarding the da Vinci syrups, I have only tried Vanilla, and it is

great, especially to make a " vanilla Coke " out of diet Rite.
