replace the noodles with cabbage that has been simmered in heavy cream/water

mixture - it takes away alot of the cabbage taste. I also add green beans.

and how do i change the weight range in the excel chart where it charts your

weight? You know, the y axis numbers?

stand chicken fakenoodle soup.

what weight range?you en ter your weight, etc into the first sheet where it

asked for your beginning stats

So you cook it in the cream and water and then just add the cabbage to the

soup and throw out the cream and water?

if you put your beginning stats in the first worksheet, it will carry them

into the first line of the next sheet.
