Joined last night. I have about 15 lbs. to lose to make the highest

goal weight. I am going to give this my best shot. I shopped this

morning and have lots of vegetables, etc. I was surprised at how

many foods are zero points.

I decided to try the Flex plan and see how I do.

Any hints, tips, would be appreciated!
