Some Low-point foods I have found

Hi everyone,

I am new here - so I don't know if anyone has already mentioned any

of these foods. I have been looking around recently for some low

point (but yummy) foods to keep me going. I hope these help some of

you.

First of all - I just tried some new 3 point pizzas that contain no

fat. You can order them from www.pizzafree.com - they are 200

calories per pizza (about the size of a celeste pizza for one)have 4

grams of fiber and contain no fat. They come plain - so you can top

them with veggies or anything else you want!

Next - Vitalicious muffins - www.vitalicious.com or they are sold

at whole foods stores. These big chocolate muffins are very filling

and very low in points. Half a muffin (which is really filling) is 1

point with 100 calories and 6 grams of fiber. The flavor I get is

called " deep chocolate " - it also has tons of vitamins and minerals.

Another one - I am sure you have all talked about this - but I love

the " I can't believe its not butter " spray - it is sooooo good on

veggies and popcorn (94% fat free popcorn which is another favorite).

I am wondering if anyone else has made any other really good low

point discoveries that they would like to share? Thanks,
