I have not found a list on line, but it is basically just fruits and veggies and

lean meat. you can have some skim milk and some cereal but not much each day.

The people in my WW meeting that have done it say they have lost the weight when

they were stopped loosing on flex, but they miss the food on flex.

To me core seems pretty boreing, and I can not imagine me wanting to do it. I

like having more choices.

It is not all you can eat of those things either...it is just till you are

" satisfied " (what ever that is), and there is lots of room for abuse so I stick

with the points.

Cindy, that's the way I felt about it too-if I could stop eating

when " satisfied " , I wouldn't be in this predicament in the first

place. I can't trust my judgement like that. Maybe someday...
