Guest guest
Here is one big tip. Look up your food points before you eat it.... Once I got a taco salad thinking it would not be many points...wrong....it was 16. Good luck. It will take you no time to loose your 15 pounds. I have lost 23 as of my last weigh in, and probabally have bout 30 or so more to go, but we will see. oh...I had my hair short last night...that should be good for a few ounces . duffduff wrote: Joined last night. I have about 15 lbs. to lose to make the highest goal weight. I am going to give this my best shot. I shopped this morning and have lots of vegetables, etc. I was surprised at how many foods are zero points. I decided to try the Flex plan and see how I do. Any hints, tips, would be appreciated! Guest guest
Congrats on your weight loss-that is great! I already have planned the day and figured the points that I plan to eat.... funny the things that were adding up in my day. Not bad things, but things like milk, a few almonds here and there, a cracker w/ a piece of cheese. I see I must have been eating a lot more calories than I realized! Debbie Here is one big tip. Guest guest
oh yes...nuts and things like that are lots of calories. I am hungry a lot, but I just tell myself to wait a hour or so and I will ahve a snack. I eat something every couple of hours starting at about 5:30 up until about 6:00 each day. I don't have a problem eating at night because my boyfriend is there to make sure I don't. but I was not a night time eater even gaining this weight...I just at the wrong stuff and too much of it. bye cindy duffduff wrote: Congrats on your weight loss-that is great! Guest guest
Debbie, you should be proud of yourself for joining WW when you still have so few pounds to lose. Way to be proactive! You are doing the right thing! > > Joined last night. I have about 15 lbs. to lose to make the highest > goal weight. I am going to give this my best shot. Guest guest
Thanks so much. The scary thing is I packed on a good (bad actually) 10 lbs. very quickly.... My Dr. was not happy. So gotta get back to a reasonable weight and STAY THERE !! LOL > > > > Joined last night. I have about 15 lbs. to lose to make the > highest > > goal weight. I am going to give this my best shot. Guest guest
Yep, easy to do. I think awareness is the key. Do you REALLY know how many points/calories are in that salad, etc, that you're eating? > > > > > > Joined last night. I have about 15 lbs. to lose to make the > > highest > > > goal weight. Guest guest
Hi Debbie, your exciting letter is so refreshing.. you will be at that goal before you know it.. and yes there are lots of zero point foods, the good ones...I find that for me, journalling everything is a must every single day..and if you can get activity in that is such a booster in more ways than you can imagine..I also still measure and weight most of my foods.. I am not so good at guessing, and I am one that finds old habits hard to break..lol.. Best of everything to you...Kallie ------------------------------------------------------------------ In Serious-Weight-Watchers , " duffduff " <duffduff@y...> wrote: > > Joined last night.
