Guest guest Posted December 1, 2004 Report Share Posted December 1, 2004 I have done Atkins 3 times, and I got really sick each time. (I know..duh!) Anyhow, that is not what Core is about at all. I love Core so much, I can't tell you. I feel great. I have lost 10# in 2 weeks (I have 65 total to lose) and I am NEVER hungry. If I am, I can eat! It just has to be something Core, or count them toward my 35 flex points for the week. I was worried about the 'feeling satisfied' part of it, but I always feel satisfied after the amount of food I choose to eat is gone. I can't say enough about it,.
