Guest guest
Hi all! I went to my meeting yesterday and got an interesting tip from the leader. She said that several people had started taking a 16 oz container of plain FF yogurt, mixing a package of any flav SF Jello in and letting it set in the fridge for a couple of hours. She said it is absolutely delicious. I'm just in the process of moving and don't want to buy any more groceries for the time being... but am planning to give it a try as soon as I'm settled in my new digs. Guest guest
She said that you just mixed the dry Jello powder right into the yogurt... no extra water. Guest guest
My friend makes something similar. She mixes sugar free strawberry Jell-O (dry) with a tub of fat free cool-whip and uses it as a dip for fresh strawberries. It is really good and tastes great on graham crackers too. Guest guest
That sounds good... I'll have to try it. I've made something similar using FF cool whip and a small container of fruit flavored yogurt. You just fold the yogurt into the cool whip and then dip fruit into it. Once I made this and folded in a few cups of chopped strawberries. Made something like a mousse. RE: yogurt tip from meeting My friend makes something similar. Guess one could have this anytime...just take the points for the amount of yogurt you dish out, right? Pat from K.C. yogurt tip from meeting Hi all! Guest guest
Thanks for the head's up, Pat! I was hoping someone who tried it would post a review. I thought it sounded like a great snack or dessert. yogurt tip from meeting Hi all! I went to my meeting yesterday and got an interesting tip from the leader.
