Guest guest
Yep, we missed you. Settling into life in SJ? Have you found a new support group? I will caution you (or anyone else who listens, or even who doesn't) not to be TOO confident about net being able to eat too much. Sometimes it can sneak up on you, especially if you drink with your meals. Suddenly you look at your plate, and wonder where all the food went. I know that, FOR ME, this can also change with where I am in my monthly cycle. When Aunt Flo is due, sometimes it seems like I can eat a whole cow, This is especially true if my meal is consisting of carbs, which seem to slide on through. I've read the term "slider foods" and oh boy, it sure does fit!Hi guys, I'm back, and GLAD to be! Guest guest
Yes I did, and thanks for the cautionary words. Actually I am sure you're right, and that sometime I probably could eat too much, but I don't think it will be right now as I am less than a week out. Thankfully I have stopped drinking with meals, though I will have to confess that I don't wait enough time after the meals themselves before drinking. I am very careful not to take more than I should have because I know how I am, and the mouth likes to move! Thanks for the advice and take care.
