Guest guest
I went downtown to get my hair cut and decided to walk around a bit before going home...well, I found myself in front of Le Bus on 18th St. near Walnut, and there was such lovely bread in the window I couldn't resist going in to ask what kind of salt their breads were baked with. The young lady made a call to the bakery (, which puts it somewhere in the Pa. suburbs of Philadelphia), asked if they used non-iodized salt that wasn't sea salt, and got the answer I wanted! So I bought a lovely rye bread. It's delicious! But the machine will come in handy anyway; once I get some yeast, flour and a recipe or two, I'll have some variety. I'm getting more and more tired and light-headed, and it'll get worse before it gets better, so I ought to get that stuff soon!!
