Hi Tori...

I'm up in Canada so I totally understand where you are coming from :-)

I do my Walk Away The Pounds DVD's... Pilates and Yoga... and if I'm feeling

frisky *grin* I'll jog on the treadmill...

For a treat every Saturday my boyfriend and I go to the local ice rink and

skate for a few hours... it's fun and doesn't feel like exercise...

What do others do that keeps them motivated during the winter? My

includes the 'fanny lifter' along with Gilad videos...'then we can
