I, too, feel like I have been introduced to a whole new world. I went to

Yahoo Groups to change my subscription to individual e-mails, and I was

delighted to find the files. I downloaded the 2002 point list, which I

assume is pretty close to whatever is the latest one. I have been

looking for a count for chicken thigh, without bone and skin, and finally

I found it on that list!
