Okay. Just double checking. I go tomorrow for my 12

week post op apt (was 12 weeks on May 3rd) and I am so

excited. I have lost 21 pounds since my six week apt.

I am so excited and this morning after being at 185

for 1.5 weeks, I dropped down ot 183. I was happy to

see the scale move yet again.

Take care an thanks for the update.

When I got approved, I sent him a email requesting him

to be my surgeon. He never responded and I ended up

having Dr. Park and Dr. Baggs assisted and I am so

delighted with both of them. Things happend for a

reason. Dr. Fisher is cool and that was why I wanted

him.

He said to avoid processed foods, Starbucks(:-() and absolutely NO SNACKING at all. I knew all that but needed a pep talk.
