Guest guest
* Journaling every day even if you have a lost day. One lost day doesn't kill you and when you journal you are reminded that all foods have a price. Kind of keeps you from straying too far. My DIL is on CORE and really likes it because she can snack any time she wants and doesn't have to count points. She feels great because she's eating so healthy and she's losing weight like crazy... Might be a good option for you if journalling is a deal breaker (me I'd druther journal so I can eat anything but if you DO journal you have to do it every day no matter what). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sue's post was great.......she mentioned journaling twice and it reminded me of something I read on Doti's site the other day in the quotes section....... Your body keeps an accurate journal regardless of what you write down... So true.........I did not keep a journal for years......unfortunately my body kept a very accurate account of EVERYTHING!!!!! I am doing WW on my own now.....counting POINTS and armed with the huge amount of info and support on line, some old WW books on points, and an occassional TOPS meeting for accountability because it includes the inevitable visit to the scale....duly noted and recorded. This week the scale made a drop into....what is it that some WW sites call it??? Onederland?? Into the 100's. 199.25.......but hey.......it is officially in the hundreds right....and down 20 lbs from a couple months ago. I am mainly concentrating on the victories that are not related to the scale.....the way my clothes feel, the great feeling of being in control of my eating........and I know that if I just follow the program, the weight will come off.
