Guest guest
hmmmmm.....am I the only one who does not have bad experiences when telling people I had gastric banding or am I just naive and blind? I pretty much tell everyone lately. A year and 38 kgs (84 lbs) ago I didn't want to tell anyone, but now I think the results are pretty convincing and I am happy to share my story. Anyway the band is part of me now. One friend thought I had will power beyond believe before I told her I had wls. She was very greatful that I actually told her about the band and how it helped me to lose weight. Anyway, just my 2 cts Barbara
Guest guest
oh my.....what have i done???????steve u scare me, lol. whoa little guy i can see trouble in store for u :} but i must say i admire u for that flight on the sly. i am somewhat different, i have shouted it from the roof top. i say if it will help someone else SHARE. now i have not lost the " i dropped the most " contest and people do ask me about the surgery all the time. my bother in law even wanted to know how come i haven't lost like Roseann. well of course i went on to tell him she has paid $300,000 to look like that and does have a personal cook and if he wanted to take care of the finances i would consider some other changes...but not the Fobe pouch. i would consider the personal chef and in lieu of the surgery take a personal trainer. anyone want to share? Guest guest
steve, the bathroom reminds me of my friend who works at Pfizer, u no the big drug company that women, as well as men, are now cheering for the job of ending male impotence. well she now informed me that there are several new products that are currently in the study mode and are quite near " public ready " one that comes to mind is PROJECTRA - Men given this experimental new drug were far more likely to actually finish a household repair project before starting a new one. but another one which i intend to purchase for my hubby is DIRECTRA - a dose of this drug given to men before leaving on car trips caused 72 percent of them to stop and ask directions when they got lost, compared to a control group of 0.2 percent. and oh yes one we may all be interested in FLATULAGRA - this complex drug converts men's ( now us female bandsters) noxious intestinal gases back into food solids. special bonus dosage can be doubled for long car rides. but my all time favorite will be COMPLIMENTRA in clinical trials 82 percent of middle aged men administered this drug noticed that their wives had a new hairstyle. enjoy XXOOXX ibselle
Guest guest
Take my advice and tell no-one, because unless someone is in your position of uncontrolled eating, they will not understand. I told EVERYONE and regretted it especially as my weight loss was no so great, until recently. Don't even tell your mother, in fact especially do not tell your mother. Guest guest
My husband is a electrician and yet it takes him six weeks to change a lightglobe - after six weeks of constant nagging that is. He started to build my daughter a built-in wardrobe when I was pregnant with her. He still hasn't bought and fitted the doors yet and she is nearly nine.
