Guest guest
I finally found some light coffee cream that is 5% MF instead of the other which is 18% MF.. For one tablespoon (15 ml) it has 15 calories and 1 gm of fat.. ~~Kallie~

Guest guest
I use Fat Free Half & Half (yes, I know it's an oxymoron). I love it. It works like cream to whiten coffee or tea, but has no fat. 2 T. is 20 cal/0 fat/ 4% of DRV Calcium, so if I use 10 T. in a day, I can get 1 serving of milk for 2 points, and lighten my coffee at the same time. If I want to sweeten it up, I add SF Torani or Davinci syrup. Cindi
