RE: Halloween Tips

I follow the plan suggested by my WW leader last year -- hand out treats that

are either something " safe " or something that you don't like. I chose Tootsie

Pops (only one point each) and Smarties (can't stand them). Worked like a charm.

I think I had three Tootsie Pops during the Halloween season last year, and

there are STILL leftover Smarties from last year that will be joining the new

ones being handed out on Sunday.

Other than that, I just remind myself that candy bars taste exactly the same

this week as they do any other week, so there's no reason to gorge myself.

Hi Everyone,

This got me to laughing a bit. My Dad use to write months in advance to the

various toothpaste companies and for Halloween

my mother would give out candy and my Dad would give out

Toothpaste samples!

This was done is some movie I saw a few yrs back and just cracked me up thinking

my Dad way way ahead of 'em!

Anyway, that's how they dealt with Halloween!
