I also like salsa on potatoes. I make my own tarter sauce for fish, just mix about equal amounts (or vary for a different taste) light mayo and relish.

You might also consider: a whole cup of ketchup is only 240

calories, .8 grams fat, 3g fiber. That should be around 4.5 points.

Perhaps if you really love it that much, allow yourself 1 cup per

week, and subtract it right out of your flex! Why go without?

And sure, add some alternatives as you go, perhaps develop

some diverse tastes!

1 T light mayo = 22 calories

1 T hamburger relish = 18 calories

1 T ketchup = 15 calories

(Actually, your tartar sauce sounds great! I love tartar sauce

on fish.)
