Guest guest
I like salsa on potatoes. Haven't tried it on fish. But I'd probably like it there too. Henri in Granbury, TX
Guest guest
I also like salsa on potatoes. I make my own tarter sauce for fish, just mix about equal amounts (or vary for a different taste) light mayo and relish. ----- Original Message ----- Could you help me out? Guest guest
You might also consider: a whole cup of ketchup is only 240 calories, .8 grams fat, 3g fiber. That should be around 4.5 points. Perhaps if you really love it that much, allow yourself 1 cup per week, and subtract it right out of your flex! Why go without? And sure, add some alternatives as you go, perhaps develop some diverse tastes! -Elissa ketchup Could you help me out? Guest guest
1 T light mayo = 22 calories 1 T hamburger relish = 18 calories 1 T ketchup = 15 calories (Actually, your tartar sauce sounds great! I love tartar sauce on fish.) -Elissa Re: ketchup I also like salsa on potatoes.
