Guest guest
Beth, You will be fine...don't over analyze things. Don't stress...WW created this point program so, you don't have to stress about what you eat. Just stay within your daily points and if you need to borrow from your flexpoints do so. I was so excited when I added up the pot stickers and realized I could have them for only four points including the peanut sauce! I went back to work talking about how great and filling they were and a co-worker pointed out that I missed the fine print....they are four points (including the peanut sauce) PER serving and there are FOUR servings in an appetizer!! LOL I felt stupid but when I had to go back and add eight more points to yesterday's total..I was mad!! Supper was pretty light to say the least. Perhaps thats why my weight loss today was not better?! Beth __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Beth - how fine was the fine print? If it really was " hidden " , I'd be complaining to Friday's corporate office about this. When something seems " too good to be true " , it ususally is ..... :-( Mitch Beth Skeen wrote: >Well I did a dumb thing yesterday. Guest guest
I don't know but I will sure look when I go back. I SWEAR I did not see it but my co-worker insists it was there. I know it was not on the counts listed to the side of each item so I am thinking it was probably at the top at the beginning. Apparently I unconsequently did not want to see it!
