My guess is that her soft spot is on the smaller side but not closed

at this point so in waiting they will see if it gets even smaller or

if it gets bigger. I'm not sure how the soft spot works and what is

considered " normal. " A band won't work if a baby has cranio;

however, if cranio is corrected (surgery) then a band can be used

after. The waiting game is hard....hopefully, her soft spot is just

on the smaller side and is not prematurely closing. Could you call

the neurosurgeon to ask why they want you to wait? He may have a

perfectly good reason for having you wait. How old is Anabel?

replied " mother " and gave me a huge lecture on why I shouldn't put

my child in a band, but wrote me a prescription anyway. He said I

should just keep him off the flat spot, but he had nothing to

suggest after I told him we had been doing repo for a month and his

measurements got worse.> I have been so angry since I left his

questions I wanted to ask. I only went to see him after my ped.
