Guest guest
Hi everyone, I have a question about APs.... There are some days during the week when I work out for 2 hours at between moderate to high intensity. For example, Tuesday I took 2 aerobics classes and I gave myself 10 APs for that. However, I didn't get done with the classes until 9 pm or so and after working out I am not so hungry usually. So I didn't use any of my APs for that day. But the next day, I was STARVING. I know you are only supposed to use your APs on the day of exercise and that does make sense to me. BUT by the end of the day Wednesday I had gone 16 points over for the day. I work out pretty hard about 4 days a week and I usually notice I am not so hungry on the day I work out but on the day after. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can manage this? Should I make myself eat the AP's on the day I work out to try to prevent being hungry the next day? Should I eat some of the APs on the day I work out and some the following day? Should I eat the APs on the day after I work out? All I know is that I am so hungry the next day that it seems like at least once a week I really get messed up. Sometimes it is twice a week and it is all related to when I do a long workout.... Thanks everyone, in Ohio __________________________________________________
Guest guest
- this is interesting question. I usually do my workouts in the morning, so I have plenty of time during the day to eat the APs I earn - as when I work out hard, I definitely have to use them later in the day. In your situation, however, I would say that if you're working out that hard, go ahead and use the AP's the next day - I know it's technically against the rules --- but I don't think it will hurt you.. Or maybe, you should let your WW day run from noon to noon. This might help you as well. Mitch s wrote: >Hi everyone, >I have a question about APs....
