Guest guest
Hi Everyone! I've rejoined WW for the 5th time since WW began using " points. " I am a lifetime member from 1991 - Personal Selections - where I was super successful and it was so easy! I've been discouraged with the slow progress in the points system, losing only about a pound a week or less (I'm ALWAYS dieting, whether on program or not), and ultimately quitting the meetings. I decided to try the new Core plan and WHOOHOO! I lost 4.5 lbs the first week. I know if I'd counted the points, it was quite a bit over my allowance, but this seemed so easy! I ate much more protein than I usually do, and more skim milk, and did not feel guilty about eating my pasta and meat sauce, until I was " satisfied. " I think this is truly a plan I can live with for a lifetime! I'm counting on you serious weight watchers to keep me motivated. My short-term goal is 19 lbs, and my long term goal is 40. Wow! I'm a quarter of the way toward my short-term goal already! ~ April
Guest guest
I plan on recommiting myself to WW come Monday when I can rejoin my Work WW session. I will also go to a meeting on Wenesdays (in my home town) to help me stay on track. My deal is concentrating on myself losing weight and not bopping from one diet to the next. apriltuttle wrote: Hi Everyone! I've rejoined WW for the 5th time since WW began using " points.
