I have such motivation and then just as I'm ready to hit a new low or reach a goal I sabotage myself. I was at 303 and on a roll and the next thing I know its 312 again. Over and over again. I don't have ananswer but I just wanted you to know its not just you. This time around I am using meditation tapes and subliminal messages to tell me how wonderful I am and how successful and how I always eat healthy and stuff like that. If you exercise too much and don't eat enough you will not lose and my cardiac doctor was just yelling at me about needing to sleep. Its all about balance and ahealthy lifestyle. Check the people who lost 70 pounds in 6 months and see whatthey weigh a year or 2 later. Most of them have gained it back because they could not keep up the "diet" mentality.
