I don't see how Core would fare well at all on vacation. Also, just

because she didn't like the Core plan doesn't give her the right to

voice her opinion one way or the other. I think her job should be to

teach people about Core and let them decide for themselves. Maybe Flex

was working for people but they weren't happy with what they were

eating. Maybe Core would be easier for them? I think Core is getting a

really bad wrap and it really upsets me that a WW leader would

contribute to it. As far as I'm concerned, do what program works for

you, but quit comparing the two. They're two different programs but they

serve the same purpose...to make you healthier. I'm fine with either

program. I think WW is wonderful, BUT I find it easier to do Core at

this time in my life. I might want to switch to Flex every few weeks.

I'm grateful that we have a choice. I think the variety will give our

metabolisms a boost when one is needed.

As for whole wheat pasta...my son doesn't even have a problem with it.

We eat it all the time now. It's not as pretty as regular pasta but the

taste isn't that different. Once again...it's up to the individual.

I should have worded that differently...you're right...ridiculous

mistake. I should be sent to the corner. Compare them, compare the pros

and cons and choose which program suits you. They're both wonderful

programs that work if you commit yourself to them. It just seems like

people are always cutting down one or the other. We finally have a

choice...that's a good thing.
