Core or flex

I have been on weight watchers for 2 weeks and have lost a total of

8.4lbs. I have been doing flex points but I am wondering about the

core program. A few members at my meeting are doing core and love

it. They say it allows them more freedom. Anyone tried both plans?

Which do you like better. I am currently 268lbs and have a long way

to go.
