No reason not to have buns and not to have spaghetti in Phase 2. Just

use the right ones.

We don't use buns either. I'd rather have some sweet potato or an ear of

corn and that's enough carb intake for a meal for me. Plus, I usually get

creative with burgers (adding stuff to them) so we don't really need the bun.

As long as you're happy with it, then it's a-ok. :) I know sometimes folks

think they can't have bread or buns without blowing their diet but that's no

good -- just too many durn foods out there screamin' to be put on a big ole

bun!!!
