Guest guest
hi, it depends what you make your sandwich out of. if you use tuna/chicken with ff mayo then you just count the bread. if you use lunch meat, pb & j, or anything not on the core list you have to count it. i've cut way back on my bread.....i missed it at first but now i just have it as a treat. i don't crave it like i used to : ) hope that helps! heidi

Guest guest
I just looked up the points on the ETolls points calculator and I don't see bread as a core plan item. So, that would be something you would use your 35 points for I imagine. Teres core plan So Etools is set up with the info on the core plan now... I can't go to a meeting until tomorrow, my first question is I don't see bread on the list at all... If I make a sandwich do I have to count the entire thing, or just the bread? Semalee Books want to be free!! See what I mean!! http://www.bookcrossing.com/friend/Semalee
Guest guest
How long have you been doing the core plan? I think this is just what I need to jump start my motivation again! Semalee core plan So Etools is set up with the info on the core plan now... I can't go to a meeting until tomorrow, my first question is I don't see bread on the list at all... If I make a sandwich do I have to count the entire thing, or just the bread? Semalee I love the core plan. It is working for me. If you eat a sandwich count the bread and any thing not on the core list such as Mayo. Just remember that you only have 35 allowance points a week and that is 5 a day. They go quickly. I eat mainly form the core list. I tended at first to over my allowance a bit but now can stick to the 35. It is different from the flex plan and takes getting used to but I bet you will enjoy it once you get started. Use the pantry list on E tools to get rid of any non core foods on your selves and start anew. It really is turnaround time. Guest guest
How do people who eat out a lot do the Core Plan? I eat at Subway, Roly Poly, Cracker Barrel, Applebee's, Mexican restaurants, etc. I also bring a frozen meal to lunch every day - does that fit in?
