Neat too that you are going to meet others from this group. (That's great Cy, that you and are going too.) And , I hope you can get the time off. Quick update on us: Elisabet's energy has been better lately. , what you say about exercise is so true. After I read your post on exercise, I encouraged her to ride her bike. It definitely made her feel better. Thanks for the encouragment. It helps too now that the weather is getting nicer here in PA.
