Hi everyone ~@.@~ Just wanted to introduce myself to the group. I

can't tell you how helpful it is to have a support group like this.

I'd like to thank you for allowing me to be part of it. I started

last week, and I lost 3.6 pounds!! Hurrah! My friend a and

I are going to meetings together on Friday evenings @ 6:30. (She

lost 5 pounds and got a kewl star next to her name). She has 100 +

pounds to lose, and I have 30. We vowed to stick with the program no

matter what. We have now incorporated walking into our routine and

we are debating about when to hit the pool for water aerobics

again. (We had a long break from Bally's). Out of nerves or

boredom, I found myself opening the fridge and being a lookey loo.

I have my cell in hand and call a when I get an urge to be

bad. Earlier, I did the same thing, but Krissy is out of town. So

I came to this message board and I am chewing on a carrot. I'll

keep poping in and out and out to see how everyone is doing. (I

just posted my weight and I uploaded me pic. I kinda took my own

pic, so I could only do it from the shoulders up. (sigh). Have a
