I am having a hard time in the morning. I am a huge ceral person in the

morning. It is hard to get by without my kashi cinnamon harvest shredded

wheat and banana routine. I can only eat so many eggs before I get turned off

of them.

Are there any flavored sugar free/fat free yogurts you can eat on Phase 1?

This morning I had plain fat free with a packet of Splenda and some cinnamon

mixed in, but I didn't love it. Any suggestions?
