Guest guest
Sorry FF Whip Cream is not core. Maureen Core Question, whip cream Are we allowed to have fat-free whip cream on the core plan? I love having a dab when I'm having my sugar-free, fat-free pudding and sugar-free jello. But so far, I love the core plan! ~~

Guest guest
Help me out here, anyone on the Core plan? I thought that all Core foods were marked with a check mark in the Food Companion, which I have, but I thought if you were on the Core Plan you could have 35 flex points a week to use for anything not marked with a check, with the core plan. If that is correct, than, it seems that should be able to have Fat Free Cool Whip on her ff sf pudding, etc at 2 tabl. for zero points. I am curious, as I am leaning in the direction of the Core plan. Pat from K.C. Core Question, whip cream > > > Are we allowed to have fat-free whip cream on the core plan? Guest guest
You can use the Weekly Activity Points (Flex) for anything not on the core plan list. If that works out to be 0 points then you don't have to count it, just be careful if you have more than 1 serving to make sure you refigure the points. Guest guest
Thanks Maureen. I appreciate it. I enjoy a slice of bread with my breakfast, and was planning to take it with my Flex Points on Core. So glad I can. I rarely ever use my 35 Flex Points on the Flex Plan I am on, because I get so many AP's a day, that if I need anything else besides what my Target Point gives me I use some of them, but never all of them. There are many days that I don't use any AP's at all. I think I could do the Core Plan. Thanks again, Maureen. Pat from K.C. Core Question, whip cream > > > Are we allowed to have fat-free whip cream on the core plan?
