I found two old WW Magazines at a yard sale. One is dated March 1986

and the other is January 1987. Ten cents each. The lady said her

weight watching days have come to an end, that she did it on and off

for too many years, and that now she is in her late seventies she

doesnt worry so much about it anymore. God bless her eh! Anyway I

love reading old magazines and books, so I started walking away when

I turned around and asked her if by any chance she would have anymore

old ones, she said yes, I would need to dig them out. So I left my

telephone # with her to call me.. I even got a couple of older

Womens World ones...

I found it interesting how much Protein is packed into these meats

and poultry...thought I would pass this info on. But I don't know of

course if the numbers have changed through the years...

Anyway here is the little tid-bit from the January/87 issue... On

protein grams in the following..
