Guest guest Posted August 12, 2004 Report Share Posted August 12, 2004 Hi Shelby, Thanks for your response does have a peripheral line we did stop the the hydration and the sight is swollen and red he is in a lot of pain. I have been putting warm compresses on and I think I will need to call the doctor in the morning, last time he had this he was on an antibiotic and it did seem to help with the infection.
