This is true!

I was thinking that I Like to do pasta with this Walden Farms 0 calorie

alfredo sauce, but I add onions, peppers, zuchinni, and mushrooms...sprinkle

some mizithra on that and YUM!

Tory - Where do you buy the Walden Farms 0 calorie alfredo sauce? That

sounds heavenly!

You can get it at www.waldenfarms.com and I'm seeing it show up in more and

more stores in the low/no carb section. They also have 0 calorie dressings,

marinara, and pancake syrup. Of course remember in the US if it's under 4

calories they can count it as 0, so there are SOME in there. But one serving

of any of them would be 0 points. Obviously you're not getting the same

flavor as the full fat version, but adding the veggies and a little cheese

makes it 1 point and it's delicious over pasta or even over spaghetti

squash.
