Guest guest
I am SO proud of my Roy! He ran with me today and we both ran our longest runs yet. It's about 4.5 miles from here to our school so we ran to school and I dropped Roy off at his classroom and then ran two " perimeters " for about 3.5 more miles. In the meantime Roy mixed up some water/gatorade mix for me (I can't drink it straight), got rehydrated and drank some gatorade himself, and then met me at my classroom and we ran back home. My goal was 13 miles because I have a half marathon coming up on Labor Day and I wanted to make sure I could do the mileage. Roy ran a total of 9.8 miles and I ran a total of 13.2! Now I am eating peanut butter toast and yogurt with blueberries and fiber one because I am STARVING! ~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~' Tory Klementsen, MCP A+ Career and Technology Educator www.teechur.com www.msteechur.com -The successful person will do the things that the unsuccessful person will not.
