Instead of journaling you can use the WW bracelet. Have you seen that? I

have one, but I prefer the journaling. Its not real pretty, just white

(pearl like) beads with a grey bead after every 4 white beads. You move a

charm for each point you use up to 30 points. I got mine at a meeting, and

I thought it was VERY high priced for what you get.

I would think you could make one up yourself using elatic string and

whatever beads you like and that make sense. That way, if you are fashion

conscious, you could have something that doesn't look like pearls.

Re: New WW Info.

I saw that also - it's up on the WW official message boards. It doesn't

sound that exciting to me. In other words you can do Flex points or go

back

to the OLD WW program with the addition of 35 flex points a week for foods

not on the lists. And the lists sound maybe MORE restrictive than than

the

old WW program (whole grains were not required at all etc). They would

HAVE

to be more restrictive than the old WW program (I'm talking 30 years ago)

in

order to accomodate the extra 35 points a week.

And you STILL have to journal - I journalled on the old WW program... how

else do you keep track? So what's the advantage?

Glad I have the calculators for Winning Points... it's working great for

me!

:)
