Guest guest
Well some of you may remember that I had posted about buying a new treadmill. Well, I did, and I am not a happy camper so to speak... I got one from Sears, a Proform C54..It was $1,099.00 on sale for one week only for $599.00..I walked into the store to check them out and they had 2 days left on the sale before going back to its regular price..It had just the things I wanted on it, nothing fancy.. It has the automatic incline, plus the regular stuff, distance, fat, calories, speed, the heart rate training zone and sensor.. Well, I got it last Saturday and I figured the incline was not working, so I finally got my hubby to help me check it out yesterday.. It is set on the high and I cannot get it to go up and down at all.. So all week I have been walking with the incline up the whole time I am on it..No wonder I was sweating so hard.. Tomorrow morning I will be calling Sears and we will see just how good their service is.. I do not want to have to take it apart, pack it up again and lug it back to the store. If I do my husband is going to have a fit..I figure they gave me a defective one and it should either be replaced or they should send someone to my house.. It seems that every time we get something and do not check it out fully before we bring it home there is something missing or broke.. this was one thing we could not check out before hand as it was sent to our local store outlet.. Sorry for this rant, I know lots of you have treadmills, has anyone got one from Sears that had a problem with it when they receive it.. Mine is from Sears in Canada...I guess you all can tell I am still not very happy... so I hope they are good with their services ~~Kallie~
