Went into the Sears Store yesterday and talked to the manager about

my problem... the service was great..they would do either of 2

options for me, send a new one and I drop off the one I have now when

it comes in or have a guy come to my house and replace the motor and

see if that is the problem.. I wanted to just opt for the new

replacement but my hubby wanted the repairman to come to the house in

hopes that it is just the motor that is causing the problem, so that

is what we are doing. If it is not the problem then I will get the

new one..I guess I just hate buying something and then have to start

replacing parts immediately. He does not want to have to spend the

time putting another one together, which I dont blame him..

But Mitch, I see how much you have used your service contract.. they

have one which is $150.00 a year OR get this, one for $249.00 for

five years plus the applicable taxes..this is the one I would get the

5 year one..at this price you have 30 days to apply for it.. then

after that they go up an extra $20.00 each... my husband does not

believe in buying service contracts, he tends to believe they are

mostly gimmicks for more money that most people never get the

satisfaction from.. but now I am not so sure with this one. The five

year will be approx $288 with the taxes in..I will have until Aug 21

to get it at this price..I am not sure what I will do, I sure hate

spending that much more money on it... but then, if one thing goes

wrong it could cost a lot..OR I think if anything goes wrong maybe it

will be in this first year with the one year warranty that comes with

it...Yikes I am so indecisive here...

You can tell I am thinking out loud here for the world to hear cant

ya..Oh well...lets see what the repairman does... they are to let me

know today when he can come....

I hope everyone has a great week.....Kallie
