sorry to hear about your problems!! : ( i do have one from sears and only had

one problem with it while i still had the service contract. they fixed it

and did the yearly maintenance on it and it hasn't given me any trouble. mine

is a proform and it inclines as well. i hope they get it straightened out for

you!!!

I've said it before -- and once more .... I'm not a big fan of store

extended maintenance

contracts - but this is one item where I did it and its' been a godsend.

I've save many times

over the cost of the yearly service renewal. They've actually replaced

every component

on the treadmill - motor, tread, etc. at least once since I've owned it.
