Guest guest
I eat them, I think my favorites are the All-American. I do find them a tad bland, so I always have a slice of cheese to doctor them up. I do *not* like them prepared in the microwave at all. I spray some Pam in my skillet and cook them that way, they taste much better than by nuking them. Lyn what the word on Boca burgers? Has anyone tried these precuts and how are they? I am a non-veggie person and I am interested in trying these but would like some feedback before I purchase. From the calculation on the web, you can have a soy protein burger for 1-3 points compared to ground beef or turkey for 3 and up. Any info would be most appreciated. Guest guest
I love Boca burgers. I usually eat the flame-grilled, which I think is only a point, or the Boca chicken patties, which are 3 points. I've never been a big " real beef " hamburger eater, anyway. I don't really like beef. However, my husband eats bocas regularly, and he is a big beef lover. He thinks they are pretty tasty. April
Guest guest
I love Boca burgers. They're a staple at our house. I fry up green peppers, onions, and mushrooms for topping. I just use Pam and a little water, so they're free. We also put 1 T of feta on the burgers. It doesn't melt very well, but it DOES taste good! My 7-year- old daughter eats her Bocas with Heinz ketchup and a Kraft Free slice. > Has anyone tried these precuts and how are they?
Guest guest
One word.......YUMMMY! I like them grilled with a sprinkle of Worcestershire sauce. VERY good. Try them, you will like them. I was sure I wouldn't like them, but instead pleasantly surprised. what the word on Boca burgers? Has anyone tried these precuts and how are they? Guest guest
I absolutely LOVE boca burgers. I get them at Sam's Club. I think there are 18 of then individually wrapped in a box. Works out to about 50 cents each. 2 pts each. They have saved my butt many times when I don't have the time or energy to think about dinner! I just nuke one for 2 minutes, sprinkle on some powedered garlic and load it up with regular burger fixin's: tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle. I have never tried the Boca " crumbles " that you use for cooking, but I bet they're good. Jackie > Has anyone tried these precuts and how are they?
