Hi, again, Yuli -

I should have read this letter before answering your other one about Thyrogen

:-)

When your ENT told you to stop breast feeding, he wasn't giving you a weight

loss tip; he should have told you that the reason is because you can't have

RAI treatment while lactating. I assume you've

read Dr. Ain's letter by now, and have a better sense of the reasoning.

You'll have to stop breast feeding anywhere from 2-6 months before having an RAI

treatment (the recommended time varies by doctor;

I'd go for the longer time), and not resume for at least another few months.

This is something that your endo should be able to discuss with you, and

certainly the nuclear med doctor will be able to give you more information.
