It's crystallized lemon, no suger, no sugary-taste, no nothing, except lemon! =) It has the taste of two lemon wedges and it's in a packet just like a packet of sugar- so you can throw 20 packets in your purse and be set for the week. =) I've only been able to find it at Food Lion (in the sweetener/sugar section) for $1.99-$2.99 for 40 packets. Check it out if you're looking for something to boost your water consumption. It really worked for me. Btw, I've seen True Lemon sample packets at several Curves (that's where I first heard about them), so I don't know if they have some sort of sponsorship going....or maybe the Food Lions just happen to be close to the Curves locations. =) 166/153.6/130 (all-time high 175) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
