Guest guest Posted July 26, 2004 Report Share Posted July 26, 2004 I work out 90 minutes to 2 hours a day - the ideal amount doesn't have anything to do with weight - it's to do with heart health (what the 1996 S.G.report was talking about). Exercise only mildly affects weight control. If it did produce weight control then folks like you and me wouldn't have to count our points every day. As for getting in that much daily, it helps to break it into two sessions. 1. either before work or during lunch hour 2. in the evening after supper It also really helps to have exercise equipment at home - that way I can get a workout in at my convenience and don't have to go to the gym...
