Guest guest
Hey everyone I joined WW last week and I lost 3.5 lbs. At this point I'm very excited about continuing the program, but I have some questions... Are there bagels with lower points? I have managed to use fat free cream cheese and spray butter, but I would really prefer if my bagels were worth less points. Can Smartones be left in the fridge? I'm a student with a very small refrigerator in my dorm and the freezer only holds 3 boxes. The boxes clearly say to keep the meals frozen, but I was wondering if I'll die if they are refrigerated instead. Does 3 teaspoons equal a tablespoon? I really dont remember who told me this fact but I have been folloing it forever. This past week, however, it didnt seem right when I was measuring things out... What are some of everyone's favorite 'no cook' meals? I dont know how to cook and even if I did, its hard to do so here at school. I would love to hear some short recipes that I can make to last a few days. Thanks in advance to everyone. I LOVE this group.
Guest guest
Welcome, . I tried to send an excel file that lists conversions for you. When I started WW, I sat down and made up that chart, printed it out and taped it inside one of my kitchen cupboards. I use it all the time. I will also upload it into the files section later tonight or tomorrow in case it didn't come through well. Congrats on your loss so far! There are bagels called Alternative Bagels. Google it, and you should find the website. They are not sold where I live, so perhaps someone can help you out by directing you to a store. They are 1 point apiece. I don't know about the Smartones.
