Guest guest
I'm going to two parties this weekend (Friday and Sunday) and would like to bring some sort of appetizer that is WW friendly so I can partake more than a bite. Someone else is bringing a veggie tray, which is good as well. Ideas? Thanks in advance
Guest guest
An old favorite of my family is the simple vegi's that have been marinated in fat free Zesty Italian Salad dressing. You make the tray really pretty by utilizing vegetable colors like cherry tomato's (red), celery (light green), and so on. I use mushroom caps, carrots, green peppers, red peppers and lightly cover them in the dressing, put toothpicks either in them or on the side to make it easier. If I'm really bored or trying to make an impression, I make fun designs with the vegi's, like a bunch of red cherry tomato's with black olives, and green peppers and celery lining the bottom can look like a watermelon. good luck.
