My heart goes out to all of you. The caregiver sometimes cannot win.

Either the patient thinks you over step or the medical staff thinks you

over step. Family members sometimes think you have lost your mind.

It's a balancing act, no matter what.

I'm sorry I don't have an answer either but please know my thoughts are

with all of you.
