Hi Kim,

I was pretending that happily enjoying 2-3 glasses of wine a night

wouldn't affect my weight loss/weight gain. Now that I've stopped

that fun and delicious habit and limited it to only weekends, I've

dropped over 20 pounds.

The key is ... moderation. (Much to my disappointment, I might add.)
