My son was 9 months at our first evaluation appointment and 10 months on the day he received his helmet. He wore the DOC band for 16 weeks and will be " graduating " this Wednesday. He had 16 mm asymmetry, and I although I still notice some flatness on the rear back, I am satisfied with the correction. I don't expect others to notice unless I point it out. Good luck.
